Hogwarts Legacy is coming to
Nintendo Switch
Hogwarts Legacy, the open-world action RPG rooted in the Harry Potter universe, was already announced for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. However, if you own a Nintendo Switch and were disappointed that the game was not announced for the console, we have some great news for you: it will be released on the Nintendo Switch!
The news first surfaced when preorders for the store Best Buy went up (as spotted by Wario64).
A product listing for a Nintendo Switch version may appear to be a system fault at first sight. However, Avalanche Software stated that Hogwarts Legacy is coming to Nintendo’s Switch console in the FAQ section of the game’s official website.
A: Hogwarts Legacy will be available for PlayStation5, PlayStation4, PlayStation4 Pro, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One consoles, Nintendo Switch and PC.
The announcement comes less than a day after the State of play broadcast focused entirely on Hogwarts Legacy, where we finally got to see some gameplay and learn more about the game’s story.
Hogwarts Legacy will be released this holiday.
